Description
The greatest treasure that organizations have is the people who work in them. Therefore, it is necessary to always keep in mind that, although as individuals they are important, as a team they can be invincible. To achieve this, it is essential that coaches, trainers, consultants and leaders understand the realities of their teams: their complexities and how best to facilitate their development. With this book, the authors propose the techniques, tools, dynamics and knowledge necessary to promote changes that stimulate improvements in team performance: evaluate the different visions in them, identify possible dysfunctions, create a good emotional climate, optimize communication and establish the right alliances to multiply results.
