"All great coaches know how to give feedback .A They keep a balanced and honest perspective that separates the person from the problem or issue. A They help coach in strengths while help them to improve upon areas of weakness with a continuous improvement mindset. Many people and teams are not empowered or even allowed to expand their roles, responsibilities, and job capabilities.
