Splendor, Ohio. If you weren't a casualty of the explosion at the local steel mill, chances are a loved one was. Five years after the explosion, Franny still has to stand by and do nothing as her brother lies in a coma. She has found some solace in a group of friends whose experiences mirrored her own.
